The Provider is committed to performing the agreed-upon services to the best of their ability. The services include, depending on the agreement, music composition, sound design, audio editing, mixing, and mastering for films, games, or other media formats.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

7. Liability
The Provider is only liable for damages that are caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for simple negligence is excluded, except in the case of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

8. Confidentiality
The Provider commits to keeping all information received during the service provision, which is designated as confidential, secret and not disclosing it to third parties.

9. Contract Duration and Termination
The contract ends when the agreed service is fully rendered, unless another agreement is made. Early termination of the contract by the customer is only possible after mutual agreement and the payment of an appropriate compensation for services already rendered.

10. Right of Withdrawal
If the customer is a consumer under the German Civil Code (BGB), they have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory regulations. The withdrawal must be made within 14 days after the conclusion of the contract.

11. Data Protection

12. Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this contract is the Provider's registered office, unless the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law.

13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
